Music & Art Clubs
We create happier employees/workplaces by creating a stronger sense of belonging, team harmony, creative collaboration and reduced stress through the Hobby Clubs (Music Club, Drama Club, Fashion Club, Painting Club, Photography Club, Dance Club) that we establish and run for institutions within the scope of employee well-being.
Music Club
Research shows that singing in a choir or being part of a band improves employee well-being, breaks down departmental boundaries in the workplace and encourages a sense of collaboration across teams and different hierarchical positions, and the effect is lasting.
We carry out the following activities with our vocal coach, choir leader and music group coach instructors who have 10 years of experience in their fields:
● Selection and execution of corporate music band
● Selection and training for the establishment of a company choir
● Organizing music workshops
● Organizing music seminars
● 2 hours of rehearsal per week in the music studio
● Concerts / gigs
